Kolarac signed his first professional contract with the Hounds ahead of the 2015 United Soccer League season. He made his debut as a substitute in the 5-1 win over Toronto F.C. II at Highmark Stadium on April 25, 2015.

The versatile midfielder made 73 collegiate appearances for Saint Francis University during four years in Loretto. He was also a part of the Michigan Bucks team that lifted the 2014 USL PDL title after a 1-0 win over Kitsap Pumas in the championship decider.

Kolarac attended West Allegheny High School in Pittsburgh and played his club soccer for Century United.
