Sunday, on the 2016 Pre-Season MAC Herman Watchlist, is a complete central mid, who can play as the #6 &/or #8. He has a tireless work rate to play box to box and is a defensive presence with his ability to win 50/50 challenges and screen the back 4. On top of his defensive intuition he is very tidy in possession. He finds good pockets to receive the ball off of the backline and can penetrate with forward passes.
In 2016 & 2015 Sunday was an All-MVC First Team Selection and in 2015 he helped guide his team to the NCAA Div 1 Tournament. Sunday was also a member of the Des Moines Menace (PDL) in 2016.
