Griffin, Missouris State Universities' team Captain, is a prototypical #6. He is a very solid defender and has the ability to control the rhythm of the match as he connects the game between the defensive, midfield and attacking thirds of play.
For the third-consecutive season, Griffin was given all-conference laurels for continuing to be a threat in the midfield for the Bears. Following the 2015 season, Griffin earned national recognition as a NSCAA All-West Region third-team member.
In the spring/summer of 2016 Griffin was a key component for the Des Moines' Menace midfield.
